Covid 19 - A Message from the CEO of AHEAD

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all doing ok in these strange and difficult times. It’s so important that we all come together to support each other through this and be creative and resilient in how we go about our lives and our work.

Dealing with a lot of sensitive user data as we do, it was not possible to immediately have all of our staff work remotely in a secure fashion. Steps needed to be taken and investments in secure technologies made to ensure we can continue to provide students, graduates, employers and educational staff with a high quality service that guarantees data protection. So, we’ve been working with a skeleton staff maintaining the appropriate social distancing and taking lots of other precautions as we get set up. Thankfully we hope to have all of that set up by the end of this week and aim to be fully remote and operational by next Monday.

We ask that if you need to contact us, please do so via email if that’s a suitable channel for your query, however if you do need to speak with somebody on the phone, we are still there to support students/graduates/staff at the following emergency lines.

Main AHEAD line: 0852075398

WAM Programme line: 0867399971

You'll be hearing more from us in the coming weeks and months about how we'll be supporting the people we serve creatively through the delivery of online events and resources during this time. Thanks for your patience and take care.
