Building the Future 2023

GetAHEAD are delighted to bring you our annual careers event for students and graduates with disabilities, Building the Future! Building the Future will be a hybrid event, which means you can choose to attend the event in person at Citi, 1 North Wall Quay from 10am - 3pm or online at designated times!

Attendees going to the in-person event have an opportunity to meet directly with employers in the Exhibition Area and find out what opportunities they have in their company or what diversity and inclusion initiatives they have. Attendees can also choose to have a mock interview and get feedback from employers; their CV reviewed by employers and get a headshot taken for their LinkedIn profile or CV. Note, spaces for these are extremely limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Attendees can also attend workshops at the start and end of the event.
Tickets to attend in-person are priced at €5.
Attendees who cannot make the in-person event can avail of having a virtual mock interview and get feedback from employers and also their CV reviewed. They can also watch the workshops streamed live directly to their device. All virtual elements will be via Zoom.

Who is this event for?
This event is for any third-level student or graduate of all ages who are actively looking for work and want to enhance their employability skills.
