Think Twice about Mental Health at Work!

The GetAHEAD programme at AHEAD is offering a free virtual workshop on the topic of Mental Health at Work - Tips, Tools, and Lived Experience.

When Wednesday, 1st October from 12pm to 1pm
Where Online via Zoom

On the lead up to Mental Health Month, it’s a good time to reflect on our wellbeing at work. Looking after your mental health is an important part of working life, but it can sometimes be difficult to know where to start or how to manage challenges that arise in the workplace.

This session in collaboration with Saol Clubhouse will offer practical strategies, useful tools, and insights on supporting your mental health at work. Alongside this, you will hear directly from members of Saol Clubhouse with lived experience, sharing their own journey and what has helped them to manage their mental health in their employment journey.

This workshop is an open and supportive space for students and graduates with disabilities to reflect, learn, and take away useful tips to apply in their own working lives. There will also be some time for questions and discussion at the end of the session.

This session is free to attend, but places are limited, so please register in advance to secure your spot. Let us know if you require any accessibility accommodations for the webinar.
